Laid Back Summer Vibes In The Hamptons
Laid-back summer vibes and the Hamptons may be synonymous, yet equally powerful, chic business-related events make their way onto the calendar of many on the scene. Indeed, July 26, 2025, will usher in the annual Next Level Life: Hamptons Masterminds Mindset Mixer. The event is a curated gathering of visionaries, innovators, and business leaders.
Designed to inspire growth, human connection, and elevated living, the two-year-old Mindset Mixer is a very unique offering where innovation meets intention. Founded by Julie Lamb, founder of NFT VIP; Cherie Christmas; and Priscilla Holloway, a luxury real estate specialist at Douglas Elliman, this group of co-founders will bring together thought leaders and game changers from technology, wellness, fashion, finance, real estate, and media for an evening of bold ideas and meaningful conversations within a summer salon format.
"It was born in 2023 out of a shared desire to foster intentional community at the intersection of innovation, wellness, and purpose," explains Lamb. "We’re a trio of creators with deep roots in events, wellness, and future-forward communities. Our paths crossed through mutual respect for each other’s work and a shared belief that real transformation happens when people feel safe, seen, and inspired."

The Idea For The Event
She says that the idea for the event was a simple but powerful one: curate a space that feels like a luxurious exhale while encouraging meaningful dialogue and aligned collaboration.
The inaugural year was wildly successful. "Last year’s attendees walked away with new business ventures, creative partnerships, lifelong friendships, and even personal breakthroughs. We've heard from guests who restructured their businesses based on ideas sparked here, and others who finally stepped into new chapters after years of holding back," says Lamb.
The trio is committed to ensuring the proper setting in order to create such impact. "The Hamptons is known for luxury and leisure, but we’re carving out space for substance. There’s a unique energy here in the summer, a blend of ambition and openness that makes it the perfect canvas for elevated dialogue and conscious connection," adds Lamb.
But certainly not just any venue in the exclusive Long Island enclave would do. The team selected what it describes as a private car club with soul. "We wanted something that felt intimate, refined, exclusive, and conducive to deep listening and conversation. So we chose Rally Point East, a space where high-octane luxury meets expansive thinking."
Attendees in this setting will be immersed in this year's event theme, entitled “Next Level Life.” The trio selected it based on the collective pulse they had tapped into around people's needs for greater alignment, authenticity, and joy. The theme speaks to those ready to elevate the manner in which they live, lead, and more deeply connect with themselves and others.
Once at the venue, attendees can expect a highly curated experience. "It’s not a panel-heavy conference or a networking free-for-all," explains Lamb. "It’s a guided journey into expansion." Indeed, featured speakers will include various wealth advisors, tech founders, celebrity stylists, and more. The team selected the speakers based on resonance rather than resumes.

What Does Success Look Like?
Lamb says that the organization's metric for success is transformation. The team asks itself if attendees leave with greater clarity, connection, and energy. She explains that when attendees say that they have never experienced anything like this event, they know they are on the right track.
"In a world that feels chaotic, Next Level Life: Hamptons Mastermind + Mindset Mixer offers grounded clarity and inspired action," says Lamb. "It’s a sanctuary for thoughtful people navigating a shifting landscape. What makes us different is the emotional intelligence embedded in every detail, from curation to energy to intention. It’s not about quantity; it’s about depth."
