Faith and AI: Business Leaders Head to Orlando to Crack the Code on Ethics and Innovation

AI is the central focus for many small business leaders in New York City today; however, obtaining solid information from and among peers on a large scale at a specific time has been elusive - until now.
The U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce is convening more than 750 CEOs, founders, and senior executives from across the United States and around the world in Orlando, April 22-24, 2026, for Spiritual World Citizen “SWC” 2026, the organization's flagship global marketplace leadership conference.
Connecting more than 2,000 members across 30 affiliated chambers, the USCCC has designed a three-day immersive experience built around the theme, “It’s Not Either/Or… It’s Yes&.” USCCC president Krystal Parker says that the theme is a result of the fact that too often, leaders feel like they have to choose between faith or business, purpose or profit, conviction or influence. "The theme reflects a more complete way of leading, where faith is not separated from business, but integrated into every decision, relationship, and outcome," explains Parker.
The buzz around this year's conference centers around the interactive Leadership Labs that will take place this year, with a key one focusing on Artificial Intelligence.
Parker says that the Leadership Labs are actually the core of the SWC experience. They are not traditional breakout sessions. They are 100-person think tanks designed to engage leaders in real-time problem-solving around the most pressing issues facing businesses today.
"Each Lab is led by expert facilitators and subject matter experts, but the focus is not on teaching, it’s on mining the wisdom of the room," explains Parker.
Participants collaborate to identify:
The top challenges
Practical, values-aligned solutions
The opportunity if those solutions are implemented
On Friday, those insights are brought back to the main stage and shared, creating a unified direction for leaders across industries and regions.
The AI & Innovation Lab is designed to help leaders navigate one of the most significant shifts of our time.
Rather than focusing only on tools or trends, this Lab explores:
How AI is reshaping business, culture, and decision-making
The ethical and leadership implications of rapid technological acceleration
How to remain human-centered, values-driven, and Kingdom-focused in an AI-driven world
"This particular lab," Parker says, "will bring together leaders with real-world experience in AI, technology, and innovation to create a space where participants can move beyond curiosity and into clarity and responsible action."
At a time when FOMO is high and AI ethics and safety are low, it is no wonder that the organization is seeing huge interest around this particular track of the conference.
SWC 2026 will then collect the main thoughts at this lab and then create a strategic future plan to address the main concerns and opportunities, rather than the typical trail off that most conferences offer. "At its core," says Parker, "the conference is about aligning leaders around a shared vision—and then sending them back into their cities ready to lead with clarity, courage, and conviction, especially when it comes to implementing AI in today's businesses."
