Dishes include the Tibetan Mama—brown rice, steamed greens, and kimchi topped with a coconut peanut butter curry sauce—the Vegetable Tajine—which has quinoa, Yukon potatoes, root vegetables, and Moroccan vegetable stew topped with a lemon harissa dressing—and the Magic Miso Soup, which has quinoa noodles, veggies, and free-range tofu in it.

Vegan Ginger Root is a vegan restaurant serving Asian dishes such as soups, noodles, and more in a comfortable, compact space.
